Hazy IPA

6.8% ABV | 50 IBU

We were so pleased with the full-bodied hazy grain bill from Resto Hazy Pale that we decided to use it for this hazy to showcase some newer hop varieties. 

A foundation of 2-row base malt, complemented by a generous amount of malted and rolled oats, along with malted wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool with Hopsteiner’s Erebus and Sultana. The Dry hop is dominated by those two same varieties and lightly complemented by Idaho 7. Fermented with Chico yeast.

Sword Logic

Westcoast IPA

7.1% ABV | 75 IBU

Joe designed and brewed this west coast style IPA. It’s lighter in body, dry, and has some bitterness too. Bright and hoppy like IPAs used to be! American 2 row base with a little biscuit and light crystal malt. Hopped in the kettle with Cascade. Dryhopped with Cascade, Idaho 7, and some Motueka.

Bosque Red

Red Ale

7.2% ABV | 60 IBU

American red ale, a slightly higher ABV American red ale, hopped with classic varieties, featuring abundant caramel notes. 2 row base with Munich malt, crystal Vienna, and an assortment of different crystal malts. Hopped in the kettle with Centennial and Simcoe. Dryhopped with Centennial, Simcoe, and Cascade. Fermented with Chico yeast.

Pickle Down Economics

Pickle Gose

6.0 % ABV | 10 IBU

PICKLE IS BACK. The moment you’ve all been waiting for. Calling all pickle lovers: Pickle Down Economics is a briny gose that’ll bring a pucker to your face! Gallons upon gallons of pickle juice and fresh dill create an aromatic experience just like popping the lid off a fresh jar of kosher pickles. And what better way to hunker down and shelter in place than with a palate-teasing, refreshing pickle beer! No alterations were made to Pickle Down Economics! This kettle soured Gose is 90% base malt and 10% wheat. We inoculated the wort with lactobacillus which gives the beer its signature pucker. Once target pH is reached the wort is boiled with dill weed added then transferred to the fermenter for a clean fermentation with Chico ale yeast. When it is time to transfer the beer to the brite tank from the fermenter we dose the beer with dill juice, then kegged and canned!

Scottish Export

5.6% ABV | 20 IBU

This is a Scottish export ale that we’ve been making for 10 years. It was originally called Old Man Jameson. Trademark concerns led us to naming it Scotia Light. Pale and Munich malt make up the base of this malt forward beer while crystal and roasted malts contribute flavor and color.

During a recent charity auction for Pope Joy, Willie placed the highest bid and won the incredible opportunity to design and produce his very own beer with us. We're thrilled to introduce his creation, a delicious imperial witbier that showcases his vision. Thank you, Willie, for an amazing collaboration! We had a blast brewing this beer with you.

5.5% ABV | 22 IBU

Oktoberfest in Spring! Equal amounts of Muinch, Vienna, and pilsner malt. Hopped graciously with saaz and hallertau mittelfruh. Fermented with German lager yeast.

This is a hazy strong pale that our sister company, Bosque Brewing Co. made for us! A foundation of 2-row base malt, complemented by a generous amount of malted and rolled oats, along with malted wheat. Hopped with Idaho 7, Motueka, and Citra for a burst of flavor.

Spring is almost here so y'all know what that means... Shandy time! This light and refreshing shandy has just enough of a lemony kick to keep coming back for more. Shandy Lakes is a lovely, lemony, wheat forward beer perfect for warmer weather. Loads of lemon juice concentrate is added during fermentation, and the result is a medium-bodied and delicious.

Few things are as uniquely New Mexico as our world-class IPAs. Bosque IPA starts with a light copper base of pale, caramel, and wheat malts, providing a medium-bodied backbone for our flagship IPA. But that’s just setting the stage for the hops where myriad aromatics and flavors are coaxed out of a blend of our favorite hop varieties.

Inspired by German pilsners, Bosque Lager quenches thirsty palates without sacrificing depth and character. Where this straw-colored, crisp, and brilliant lager deviates from tradition is in a noble dry-hop for a bright and floral aroma.
